Come and enjoy some guided mindfulness meditations and the opportunity to sit within a supportive group setting. An ideal way to help you maintain your own personal practice, or a good way to get started again if you have lapsed.

Held every month in ‘The Meeting House’, Abbey Walk, Shaftesbury SP7 8BB

Usually the 3rd Tuesday in the month 7.30-8.30pm   £5.00
